I can’t find any of these, so I made it myself! Basically, encoding and decoding this language yourself is easy as flipping your keyboard! (That’s a metaphor, by the way.)

Here’s how to do it:

Take any letter and find it on your keyboard (should be a regular QWERTY keyboard.)
Find the letter key on the opposite part of the keyboard. (Letters only! An easy way to do this is count out from the closest side until you reach your key. Then, count the same amount from the other side!)
Re-write the letter as it’s opposite. (G and V are their own opposite since they’re in the middle, so leave them be.)
You’re done!

I have also made an advanced version of this, where every typeable key is used (e.g. s becomes ; because they are opposites on your keyboard). This translator, however, is not able to be used with mobile devices as your screen does not show those other characters in the same way. This advanced version is found here.
