Unrecognizable Gibberish Translator

For every single word/sentence typed, translate it into Norwegian, then into Russian, then Dutch, then Arabic, and then back to English. After that, mix up the letters of every word randomly, add 0-5 random letters to it, and then randomly mix up the entire text.
