Convert English plaintext into more English plaintext. Here's the difference: everything you type will be capitalized. The numerals "4," "1," and "3" will replace the letters "A," "I," and "E." Exclamation and question marks will be doubled. All of this will attempt to be in line with Terezi's typing quirk from the webcomic Homestuck.
