Translate Canceros to English

Canceros [Cânçeros]: This language has been among our people for almost as long as our present kingdom has existed, and while in its earlier days it was considered but a vulgar language of the common peoples, it is now used to summon many degrees of magic and is the language to which our present kingdom owes its name. It existed before the division of the lands between the peoples, and thus it knows no borders. In the lands of the North: Isrælle̊ and H’ǽrlĕndòl, the former of whose name comes from an older form of the language, Canceros is a primary language, and many in these regions know Canceros as their native tongue. Additionally it is still spoken among many common peoples of Nărnΐa and is a modestly common second language in Ixxærre̊. It was originally created artificially, indeed, as a language derivative of Chollan which the common peoples of Nărnΐa could use without gaining access to magic, and with time it only grew to resemble Chollan increasingly less, taking influence from old languages of the dead kingdoms of lands before unexplored by our people. However, the people began granting the language magical properties of its own, and it can now conjure strong magic: however never to such a degree that a strong Jedi cannot bring down. Nonetheless, it is a language never taught outside of Cancer. The below excerpt is from the book Ux Hobbith by Yon Jonnaoi Reue̊l Tolkiên.

This language in pure sound is very much like Chollan, however its accents have much less influence on its pronunciation, and indeed the intended simplicity of pronunciation has carried through the ages.
