Ribereño Spanish ( Spanish: [ri.βe'ɾe.ɲo kas-te-ʝa-no] Latin American: [ri.βɛ.ˈɾe.ɲo kas.te.ˈʝa.no]) is the Spanish variety (I created) primarily spoken in Canada (but also Western Europe, Maldonado Department, Magdalena Department). In Isle of Wight, West Sussex, and East Sussex, English remains the official language (de jure). It (Ribereño Spanish) belongs to the group of Mexican Spanish/Central American Spanish variants. It's is largely derived from Mexican, Central American, and Peninsular Spanish.
