Static Tonal Code is a frequency based language used by Novakids, Xonoths, and other races capable of frequency based speech. It is an offshoot of Tonal Code that exists as a common language in this sector to those who can’t properly verbalize words the same way Humans or Florans can. Most AIs may install or come preinstalled with this language as it can be handy when your speech modulators malfunction and you’re only capable of beeps. Static Tonal Code is also occasionally just shortened down to just STC or just called Static Code.
