A "Stan" is a stalker fan, or someone who idolizes a famous person. It is commonly used on the internet. Eg. "Omg I stan Colleen Ballinger!" There are many words / phrases used by these people. One famous person who uses this language a lot is Ricky Dillon, a YouTuber.
