What is the Queast Dialect?
The Queast dialect (also called Riddlish) is inspired by the Cheshire Cat’s wordplay, Wonderland riddles, and the whimsical nonsense of Lewis Carroll’s works. It uses rhymes, metaphors, puns, and surreal analogies to disguise plain meaning in playful nonsense. Outsiders hear it as eccentric babbling, but the keen-eared can puzzle out the meaning.
