This Translator is "Promanian" otherwise known as "Promies Unitary" Language, Created by the "Mining Promies" Community lead by creator and designer "Jason Stanflia" (Stanford) with the assistance of his Linguistics Committee.
The Promanian language was created for the Mining Promies' role play lore, in which it explains how the role play nation of the "Empire of Promania" otherwise known as the "Promies Empire" is able administrate and govern in a effective manner its large and highly diverse country with its many languages and ethnic groups without the massive effects of language barriers & explains it many misunderstandings of what cultural nation Promania is, for example the nation is often confused for a Germanic country for its use in Germanic names for the federal institutions and titles of many federal positions.
History of the Promies Unitary language.
in the Year of 1450AD (AWB) the nation of Promania was founded, stretching from the the original Holy Roman borders with France, & the southern border with the Papal States, to the northern borders of Greece, & Byzantium, to the western borders of Muscovy, & Novgorod & finally to the northern shores of Scandinavia. This Nation made up 75% of Slavic, 90% of Germanic, & 8% of Latin cultural lands. When Promania's delegation were deciding on a language for the federal gov. while agreeing to allow individual states' to decide on their own state languages, The ruling party "Conservative Party" enforced the decision to be a Germanic language.
forty-three years went on and the the German language was used for all federal gov. business, until the reign of Kaiser Bogislaw IX Gryf "The Conqueror" when he decreed the creation of a more universal language for all groups of Promania, this new artificial language created to make learning and speaking it easier for Slav and Germanic people alike while borrowing a few key elements from Latin to more harmonize the language & include the romance speaking populations. This language was finally officially used on the 12th of January 1501 at the 100th "Bundestag" (Parliament) session Which was also the session that announced the Proclamation of a new Empire and is the first mention of the Promies Empire. This new Unitary language helped in effectively integrating and administrating the many new regions more notably the Russian lands added to the Empire by Kaiser Bogislaw IX, and later Kaiser Wilhelm von Stanflia's conquests and other lands later integrated in to the empire.
Currently the Promanian (Unitary) language is under review to modernize its now very medieval or Renaissance sounding speech.
