Portalian is a language spoken in North and South Portal City as well as DVT Capitol. Portalian is based on Latin languages with influence from Ancient Portalese and Germanic languages. It developed after the Europeans colonized the Pørtal Tribes and brought over Latin languages like Portuguese and Italian, as well as Germanic ones like Dutch and English.
