Origin of SCRAWL (from 1991 a.d.): The Malkavian can speak and write in a secret, universal code of the insane. Only other Malkavians can read and understand it. If the Malkavian chooses to further encrypt his words, he can make it readable only by some form of TRANSLATOR or even the madness inside his own head, for it is truely understandable to only to selected others, or just one particular Malkav. He or she can make it readable to others they have never met -- though one must know how this can be accomplished.
Using this ability to cypher each other secret messages, or to contact all the selected to an entire city through graffiti. These messages cannot be deciphered or even noticed as Scrawl.
