'Ltowav' Cipher Translator

This cipher works in pairs: each word is broken up into two letters, i.e., 'Even' would be split into 'ev' and 'en'. Words with an odd number of letters gains a z at the end of the word. 'Odd' would be 'od' 'dz'.
