It encrypts each letter, a lot of symbols, and numbers into pairs of 2 random letters. You can also encrypt LEL Encryption into itself. ̶I̶t̶ ̶d̶o̶e̶s̶n̶'̶t̶ ̶t̶r̶a̶n̶s̶l̶a̶t̶e̶ ̶b̶a̶c̶k̶w̶a̶r̶d̶s̶ ̶w̶i̶t̶h̶ ̶c̶a̶p̶i̶t̶a̶l̶s̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶I̶'̶m̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶f̶i̶x̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶i̶t̶ ̶(̶I̶'̶m̶ ̶l̶a̶z̶y̶)̶ It translates backwards with capitals but only with letters, I partially fixed it.
