Judeo-Arabic and Regular Arabic Script Translator

A tool for transcribing between Judeo-Arabic script (Arabic written in Hebrew letters in the traditional manner) and normative, Islamic Arabic script

Doesn't work with ḥarakāt... yet.

Also, for some reason ẓāʾ is buggy. Don't know why — the regex should work the same way as it does for, say, ḍād, but it doesn't. Explanations would be appreciated!

Some Judeo-Arabic texts, for instance the tafsir Rasag on Sefaria, mark ghayn with unmarked ג and jīm with גׄ. Those texts do NOT work here. This translator is designed to work with texts where ghayn is marked and jīm is unmarked.
