Hebrew-Runic Transcriber Translator

For the most part, this will transcribe Hebrew writing (without vowel marks) from standard Hebrew characters into Anglo-Saxon Runic characters. Seeing as this is a character-for-character transcriber, there are certain faults in pronunciation that simply cannot be avoided. But still, it looks pretty damn cool to see the Bible written in runes.
