This translator was created by the E'leqt Union for international communications between the Terran Confederation and the E'leqt Union, as the two are close allies and communication is important in this time. Commissioned by Admiral Voluum of the E'leqt Royal Navy and Governor Jack Robinson of the Denekschet Sector of the Terran Confederation, this translator will serve the purpose to allow for Terran English to E'leqt Yenehhi communications. A dedicated two-way system was created however it will remain for use only in our respective embassies, and therefore, only this one-way will be used by the Terrans.
