Aurwan is created by the person that goes by TheOnesWhoLost. It is a West Germanic conlanguage, that has Anglo-Saxon as its base, with Gothic words, Old East Slavic loanwords and influence.
It was created on September 11, 2024, its unofficial kins are English, Dutch, and German.
(Y's in this language, are pronounced as the 'ieh' I's. Like Lick, Sick, Trick, Mick, Hick, Dick, etc. Don't worry, all Y's apply to that rule).
Ju' will replace the Yuh "Y's"
and
Je' will replace the Yeh "Y's".
So Yellow in Aurwan would pronounced "Je'lloh".
Now with that being said J will still be pronounced normally, etc. It's just when Ju' and Je' are together they will be pronounced Yuh and Yeh.
It is SVO syntax, is syllable-timed, and uses the Latin Alphabet, including the Anglo-Saxon (Old English) Thorn and Eth.
Note: It will look familiar to English, this is because English is basically significantly modified, and evolved Anglo-Saxon with Latin, Greek, Norman French, and other linguist influences.
English and Aurwan share the same base/ancestor language: Anglo-Saxon (Old English), they just evolved differently.
