"V" is now "ᛋ", taken from the Younger Futhark version of the language, otherwise "U" and "V" would have been the same.
"K" is now "ᚴ", taken from the Younger Futhark version of the language, otherwise "C" and "K" would be the same.
"N" is now "ᚭ", taken from the Short-Twig Futhark version of the language, otherwise "B" and "N" would be the same
"Q" is now "ᚳ", taken from Anglo-Saxon Futhark version of the language, otherwise "Q" and "C" would be the same
"X" is now "ᛍ", taken partly from the Staveless Hälsinge Futhark version of the language, otherwise "X" and the mix of "CD" would be the same
"Y" is now "ᚤ", taken from the Medieval Runerow version of the language, otherwise "Y" and "I" would be the same
