Honestly, someone just asked me to make this, so I figured I'd give it a shot. it's not as simple as making a cipher, so don't expect too much from this translator.
of note: This is not an official elvish language from any fantasy series I am just going off of what I think the elvish language sounds like in most fantasy settings, and combining them together as best I can.
