This turns the normal counting system into a better and easier to divide counting system
This will convert decimal numbers (eg. one hundred as 100) into dozenal numbers (eg. one hundred forty-four as 100 [but that name was in decimal]). There are tons of videos on this topic. I've only gotten it to 100 (dozenal) :(
