Spoken with more chirps trills & inexplicable sparkly noises than the human voice allows me to produce; this is a language used by a very select few. formed & propagated in an isolated group (a family? a kingdom? too secluded to find out) and inexplicably understood by those with connections to the stars due to the origins of the language.
