The Rynic tongue is a fictional language based on Japanese, German, Scandinavian, and various nomadic tribal languages. While syntactically similar to English, it makes use of several conventions that reduce the number of words necessary to communicate the same expression. As a result, context is key to effective communication in Rynic. Some compound words are formed by amalgamating two or more words and removing redundant letters.
