Tongue of the Nilognap people

The Nilognap people inhabited the ancient lands of India in at the beginning of the Quaternary ice age, specifically during the Pleistocene Epoch.
They revered two entities, they called Eídos and Myrmikofágou, sister and brother. In their culture, Eídos is the Queen of All Things Fruitful, while Myrmikofágou is King of All Things Unprofitable. Eídos is a strong leader and every good thing loves her. Myrmikofágou is a hunter, one who prowls the night.
Followers of Eídos refused any meat, and instead ate plants. Followers of Myrmikofágou were solely carnivorous, becoming vicious savages. Those who worshiped Eídos eventually starved because of frigid climates and so died out, only lasting 170 years or so, while servants of Myrmikofágou lasted another thousand years before going extinct because of internal conflict and bloodshed.
The Nilognap people, more astutely the Myrmikofágou branch, were thought to commune to each other with grunts and hoots that conveyed their emotions.
