Everything in the End speak a different language that they are born/made with. Now, you might be thinking that end creatures have no way to communicate to one another but they do. All end creatures instinctively know 1 language from creation. The language of Symbols! Yes, I know what your thinking. "You can't speak symbols Red." Well, you can. It's communicated through high frequency sound waves that are invisible to the human eye and silent to the human ear. Of Course, Minecraft does not play these sounds but they are there!
(Fun fact: Sound waves are what we hear when we hear things like barking, talking, laughing, chirping, walking, breathing etc. Anything you do or say makes sound waves. Remember, just because you can't hear, see, taste, or see high frequency sound waves, doesn't mean they aren't there!)
