The second round of simplified characters also known as 二簡字 (二简字) was a proposed set of changes to the Chinese language that changed individual characters, Radicals, components, and etc. These included two tables, one put into immediate use and the other up for discussion. This convertor mainly focuses on the 1st table since the 2nd table is not fully unicoded.
